I still couldn’t believe that I tried seducing my bestie’s fiance, or that I seduced him even, I wasn’t happy with myself at all.

Just as I still pondering on what to do, the door creaked open and Drake came in. I was surprised to see him.

“What are you doing in my house?”, I asked angrily, getting up from the sofa where I was sitting.

He sat down and began to say that he hasn’t been himself after all that had happened.

I was outside the balcony still thinking on how to make Maria my boss know that I’m really in love with her.

Just then, a car drove in and a guy came out. He was fair in complexion and tall, very tall.

From his appearance, I could detect that he was a Chinese.

“Hi, please can I talk to you?”, he said to me.

“Sure”.

“Please I was directed by a lady to come here, I really don’t know if I am at the right place”, he elucidated, glancing around.

“Okay, let me go and get her for you”, I said going inside the house to inform my boss about his presence.

I became jealous, and this was really eating me up as I couldn’t say it out.

I was feeling so lonely at home as nobody was there to keep me company.

I decided to take a stroll down the street were I saw my friend Drake with a lady.

Drake was my long time friend in college. He studied medicine and surgery, while I studied business administration.

“Elvis longest time. Where have you been all this while?”, he asked.

“Dude I’m still here with you in the state”, I responded.

“Are you serious?”.

“Yes man”.

“If so, I have not been seeing you”.

“Well that is because you don’t wanna look for me”, I replied.

We both exchanged contacts and headed to our various destinations.

Raymond’s POV

My life was in danger. The very moment Evelyn walked out of the house, I knew she was going to tell her father about what had happened.

I had mixed feelings about myself.

Suddenly, my phone rang and it was her father calling.

I answered as he told me to come to his house.

I was shivering in fear because I have violated the regulation of our betrothal.
