The management team office is so rowdy and noisy as everyone waited for the CEO to arrive.

Everyone will be presenting to him on the topics he distributed to them.

Leela has her pen in her mouth as she stared at the paper in front of her, trying to memorize everything again.

She has been preparing since three nights ago, and maybe if she manages to do well, she’d get promoted.

Anastasia is her bestie who also works in the team.

Surprisingly, she’s sleeping soundly on her desk, head on the table with her mouth open. She was snoring soundly.

“I’m not interested in buying a car, I already have a bicycle” she said sleepily and fell back on the chair, sleeping off again.

She began grabbing her papers hurriedly, then she picked her phone and started running out barefooted.

“Your shoes! Gawd damnit!” Leela shouted

“Oh! My shoes!” Anastasia replied funnily, running back to wear the shoes.

“I hate you! Now we’re late!” Leela shot as they rushed out of the office together.

“You still can’t do without me, that’s a bonus for me honey!” Anastasia winked as they sprinted, and Leela laughed.

“Leela!” A male voice suddenly called behind, and they faced each other, knowing who it is already.

“No looking back” Anastasia said.

“Exactly” Leela replied, and they began walking faster towards the elevator.

“Leela!” The voice came again, closer than earlier.

“Gosh!, He won’t stop!” Leela said, and they added pace to their race, but he finally caught up with them.

It’s Robert, another staff in the company, but he’s in a different team.

“Hi Leela!” He smiled handsomely.

He’s holding two cups of coffee.

“Hi Robert” Leela gave a fake smile.

“Wanted to give you this!” He said, pointing one of the coffee cups at her.

“As you can see, we’re already late for the presentation” Anastasia said.

“I wasn’t talking to you” Robert replied.

“F**k you” she rolled eyes, and Robert smiled as Leela took a cup of coffee from him.

Anastasia snatched the second one and drank it all at once, then she returned the empty cup to him.

“It’s as bitter as you” she sneered before pulling Leela into the elevator.

“You really need to learn how to talk” Robert said.

“Whatever!” Anastasia rolled eyes.

“Bye Leela!” Robert waved at Leela.

“Bye!” She waved back, and the door closed.

“Must he make it so obvious that he has a crush on you?” Anastasia grunted.

“You two will never get along” Leela laughed, drinking from the coffee.

“Never!, Honey” Anastasia shot, and Leela laughed again.

They finally got to the presentation floor and entered the hall.

Two hours later, they came out with the rest, and they stuck hands.

“Yes!, I can’t believe the CEO commented on my presentation!” Leela grinned.

“Mine too!” Anastasia gushed, and their phones buzzed at once.

They checked, and their eyes widened.

It’s this month salary, they just got payed.

“Yes!!!!!!” They screamed, hugging like kids.

Immediately they broke it, Anastasia got fashion shades from her pocket and put it on, then she began catwalking.

“Ana baby!, Give ’em!” Leela hailed behind her, and the others in the hallway began laughing.

“I’m a millionaire!!!” Anastasia screamed, and Leela laughed out as she pulled her out of the place.

Working hours ended two hours later, and they both left work at once.

Kenji and Nadine were already waiting outside at the parking lot. Leela’s junior siblings.

Nadine is the second born while Kenji is the last, handsome baby of the Montreal family. He’s eighteen.

“What are you guys doing here?” Leela asked surprisingly.

“Today is your…” Nadine said.

“Payday!!!” Kenji screamed.

“And you promised to take us out” Nadine winked, holding her arm.

“I need makeup kit!” she said.

“I need new sneakers, and that golden wristband” Kenji said, holding her second arm.

“You guys should at least let me rest first” Leela retorted.

“Seriously?” Anastasia laughed out, leaning on her car as she watched the cute siblings.

“All you guys know is spending?, It’s irrational!” She said.

“If you feel jealous, get a big sis who’ll spend on you too” Kenji replied, sticking out his tongue.

“What! Come here brat! Kenji!!” Anastasia started chasing him around the car till he jumped in and shut the door.

“The next time we meet, I’m gonna kill you!!!” Anastasia banged on the window.

“Let’s go sis” Nadine laughed, pulling Leela to the car.

“I’ll see you tonight baby” Leela waved at Anastasia as she entered the car.

Kenji and Nadine sat at the back while she drove in the front.

“When is your deal with Blake ending? When are you gonna stop acting like his fiancee?” Nadine suddenly asked.

“Tonight” Leela replied.

“Yes!, I just can’t wait for it to be over” Kenji shouted.

“You hate Blake that much?” Leela laughed.

“Yunno I’ve never liked him since he became your best friend, I just find him annoying” Kenji replied with a look of disgust.

“Blake is actually a nice guy” Leela replied.

“Nice my @ss, he looks like a Monday to me, I hate him like I hate Mondays” Nadine replied.

“High five!” Kenji said, and they stuck hands.

“Exactly!, Everything is off about that guy!” He said.

“Stop talking like we’re dating for real, it’ll all be over tonight anyways” Leela said, and Nadine clapped.

“Whoaaa!!!”

“But wait, how much is he gonna pay you?” Kenji suddenly asked.

“Pay?”

“Don’t tell me you did one month fake love for free, don’t!” Nadine said.

“Why would I take money from him when he’s my friend” Leela replied.

“Fk! You don’t watch movies?, You should have charged him like 20 billions!, He’s rich so he’d pay without thinking! Sis you fked up!” Nadine said, tapping her heels.

“I’d have called you dumb if you’re not my big sis” Kenji said.

“What!” Leela stopped the car

After a lot of fights and arguments in the car, they got to the mall after thirty minutes.

Nadine and Kenji ran in immediately, and Leela’s stomach grumbled.

“Guys, let’s eat after shopping, I’m so hungry” she said.

“Of course!, Where’s the wristband I saw last week!” Kenji replied, rushing to a rack.

His eyes widened when he couldn’t find the band again.

“It has been sold out” one of the attendants told him.

“What! I told you I’d still come to buy it so why!!! My wristband!!! My wristband!!!” He started shouting like a kid, hugging the rack.

“Get me my wristband!!! Band!!!”

“Stop disgracing me!” Leela quickly pulled him away from the rack, and Nadine appeared with a shopping cart full of the things she bought already. They were even pouring away.

“What the hell! Nadine are you trying the buy the whole mall with my whole salary?” Leela gasped.

“Best big sis in the world!!” Nadine screamed, blowing kisses at her.

“That won’t work so return some!” Leela snapped, and she pouted.

“C’mon… Big sis!”

A guy suddenly bumped into Leela from behind, and he stylishly touched her @ss.

Kenji saw it and smirked.

“I’m so sorry!” The guy said.

“It’s ok” Leela smiled, and he walked away.

Kenji followed him immediately, and he kept going till they got to the restroom stalls.

“Hey” he said, and the guy turned back.

He immediately threw him two consecutive punches at the face, then he pushed him into the restroom and kicked his face, making him fall on the dispensers.

“What the f**k are you doing!” He cried

“Stop talking!, F**king piece of trash!” Kenji spat and turned around to give him a spin back kick.

Blood rushed out of his nose and mouth, and more wounds appeared on his face

He fell from the dispensers to the ground, and Kenji stood on his right hand, the one he touched Leela with.

“Argggg!!!” He screamed painfully as tears escaped his eyes.

“Please let me go!, Please!!!

“Next time if you’re looking for what to touch, go for your mama’s p*ssy, ok?” Kenji smirked, marching his hand harder.

“AHHH!!!… Yes!!! … Please!!!” He cried, and Kenji smiled before releasing him.

He gave him another kick on the face before walking out of the room.
