“It’s not a big deal to skip school for a day or is it.” I said laughing.

“Love has really taken a toll on you. Let’s go inside am feeling sleepy.”

I had totally forgotten the curfew. With trembling fingers I checked the time in my phone and found out it was 10:05pm.

“I should have waited till tomorrow.” I thought. The gunshots was getting closer. I quickly looked for a place to hide.

I was breathing heavily so I tried really hard to hold my breath so as not to be caught.

They finally reached the area I was in and didn’t move any further. The had chosen to perform their nonentity here.
