Stephanie sat in Ashton as he drive them back home.
A smile tug her lips as she recall Stanley and Susan happy moment a while ago.
Everything seems to be falling in place, Stephanie thought with a sigh.
Susan is back with Stanley and earlier that day, David and Stella had told her of their relationship.
She knew that something will come out of their being together and she wasn’t wrong.
Then there is Bobby who’s trial took place a week ago, he was found guilty and sentenced to jail and out of fear of being implicated as his companion, Sandy fled the city.
Brenda is currently with her father, trying to correct her evil deeds by taking care of him and also missing her daughter as days goes.
After the operation, Fiona’s heart is finally stable and her three kids are healthy as they should be and also she’s here with the love of her life though she hasn’t tell him so yet, Stephanie thought starring at Ashton who was driving the car.
“Want to have some quiet time with me, Stephanie?” Ashton ask and without waiting for her reply, he took another lane.
“Where are we ?” Stephanie ask when he pulled up in front of a park some time later.
“Get down” he said and together they walk into the park which had lots of fire flies in it.
“Wow, it’s so beautiful. How did you know they will out by this time?” Stephanie ask, her eyes on the flies.
“Just happen to come across it but that’s not why I brought you here tonight. I have something to say?” He said, looking serious that Stephanie thought he’s about to end things with her.
She couldn’t blame him since she rejected him weeks ago when he confess to her but she has to set things straight.
“Before you begin allow me to go first. I know I have been hesitant with and I have put you at bay and I deserve your rejection but I want you to know, I need you to know that I love you. I love you Ashton” Stephanie confess.
“You do?” Ashton ask, hoping it to be true.
“I do and if you will have me then I will be your wife right this very minute” Stephanie said.
A smile curve Ashton lips as he walk towards her to pull her into a tight hug.
“I love you Stephanie and to think that I had decided to let you go. I’m glad you told me you love me too, I’m glad you are by my side and I’m sorry for having been away from you for so long. I believed the lies created about you, I was such a fool”
“Yeah, you were such a fool but you aren’t one anymore. Promise me we will always be together”
“I promise you” Ashton said, hugging her and Stephanie let out a sigh of relief knowing that they will be together forever……
