“Excuse me” I removed my hands from her body “I didn’t intend to fall on you,I tripped”i declared

“No, I’m actually sorry”I smiled with a face that says”sorry”. She hissed as she stood up and dusted her cloth with her handkerchief as she walked up the stairs.
Seriously,her behavior disgusts me! She would have at least listened to what I had to say!
I glanced up at the guy who I tripped on his leg. It was none than Micheal,my rival. I don’t really like his definition of rival when he can’t stand on his foot with his academics.
Being handsome with broad chest and dropping jaw doesn’t make all the girls in the school yours!
Accidentally,I once dated his sister “Michelle” which I later regretted when I realized he was her brother.
He smirked and disappeared slowly towards the hallway.

I walked to the back of the school where the abandoned buildings were,I walked down and passed through the middle of buildings and sighted two students whom I was looking for.
They were discussing,the guy resting on a pillar and the girl resting her head on his thigh, playing with her hair.
Steven and Maya are my somewhat classification of close friends. Though the two of them are in a relationship,we still make a great pair.
“School Acts, number 18 states that there should be ‘No public display of attention”I stated as I approached them
“Can you please stop this act of affection in the school compound, especially in front of me”.
“Says the school Playboy”Steven said as he kissed Maya on the lips ????. I raised my eyebrows in disgust.
“The history teacher is asking for you both”I said
“Why is he asking for us? Maya inquired.
“Because your seats were empty,fools”I said
“why are you getting jealous”she said
“Jealous”I scoffed
“Baby boo, let’s go class”said Steven.
Romantic words cringe me cuz it sounds kinda funny yet stupid. “I should report you guys”I made a face towards the both of them.
“My sneakers”Maya yelled. I looked down and noticed,my sneakers had some bruises of dust in them.
“Why are you calling the sneakers you gave me as a birthday present yours?I sighed.
“Anything owned by me must be managed by me”she said as we squatted down.
I looked at them in surprise “I can clean my shoes by myself”I said “Do you think am a kid” I muttered gently .
we attended class, studied and a few hours later,we were in the cafeteria having lunch.
The lunch was going well but an entrance made the students turn their head. There comes the replica of Maria with her hair flowing like snow as she adjusted them behind her ears. Everything was in slow-mo.
My heart leaped for no reason and she came nearer to where we were seating. I decided to ignore her since I wouldn’t want any acts of disgrace to befall me!
“May I sit? She asked. Before I could grasp what she said Steven had already offered her a seat.
I sighed heavily as i sighted them grinning as they both evacuated the table leaving her alone with me.
She sat down her legs on one side of the chair and another at the other side. She placed her arm on my shoulder, smiling slowly and weird.
“My name is Cassie” she declared.
The cafeteria became grave silent as all eyes were on us. I caught Micheal grinning with fury and it kinda made me somehow happy. I didn’t have it in heart to reply her but it’s kinda look somehow for me to conserve grudges with her.
“Simon”I faked a smile as I introduced myself. The look she had I couldn’t decode. It felt daring.
“If you have anything to discuss with me,can we please go outside and talk”I requested
“Sure,we can do that”she smiled and head towards the door.
I couldn’t leave behind my steamed buns,so I grabbed them along as I followed her and I gave Steven and Maya a vicious look as they both gave me a thumbs up. “Those stupid creatures”
The breeze flowing outside made her hair brushed slightly against my face “sorry”she giggled which made me cringe “what happened to her!.
“I overheard the students discussing about you,the ideal Playboy, Blooming flower high school”Her eyes were glowing with happiness.
“I’m quite popular”I replied confidently
“You’re handsome also”she added “Thanks”I replied plainly
“On that term, let’s date”her statement crushed my entire brain cells. With unrivalled courage,a girl ordering you to date her
“Sorry,I don’t date girls who throw themselves at guys”I replied.
She smirked which made me uncomfortable but I had to keep my cool and gentleness.
“Your words make me want you more”she replied softly
“I find you interesting, Cassie”I replied
“It’s interesting indeed for a girl who talked rudely to you earlier to ask you out, don’t you think?”she declared. I find her strange for someone I recently met.
“Aren’t you afraid I’ll dump you,cuz that’s what Playboy does”I said
