Sophie became dumbfounded with her wet face and hair.

Regina hurriedly went to sophie’s side.

Regina carried the plate of sandwich in front of Tasha and attempted to pour it on Remita’s body but Remita left the seat with her bag and it landed on Janet’s face.

Janet screamed out her lungs. The students laughed out. Remita looked at janet and remembered janet as the rude girl who called her dumb on the first day of resumption (Chapter 6).

She walked back to the spot where her food was.

Sophie and Regina went to the restroom shamefully.

Sophie finally came out of the the restroom with another dress. Her hair has already dried off.

Remita wanted to use the restroom but she saw Sophie and Red kissing. She went back to the class.

“I am sorry” Red said after kissing.
Sophie became happy. But the thought of making Remita suffer is still in her mind.

They all settled in class for the next lesson. They were having CRS. Naomi was busy pressing her phone in class. CRS is one of the subjects naomi hates.

Some students slept off but Remita kept her eyes opened through out the class.
Regina was busy taking selfies in class.

Sophie focused her eyes on Remita throughout the class.She promised to make her suffer.

The CRS teacher taught for 2 hours straight.

Remita nodded positively and quickly ran the errand.

Then sophie used the opportunity to enter Grandma Susan’s grocery store.

Grandma raised her head up slowly just to see Sophie standing in front of her looking at her.

Grandma Susan became very scared. She felt like as if something is gonna hit her any minute.

“I am telling you now. Sack Remita and you will be able to save your cheap,dirty grocery store or else your grocery store will become a grave yard by tomorrow. Take it or fucking leave it.” Sophie said and smirked.
She left.

Grandma susan knew with the look in Sophie’s eyes. She wasn’t joking. Grandma susan didn’t have any choice but to sack Remita. Because the grocery store is the only reason she is still alive and the only reason why she can still eat.

Remita came back carrying the goods in both two hands.

“Thank you Remita but you have to leave now. Leave now and never come back” Grandma Susan said.

Remita widened her eyes in shock.

“Yeah, you have to leave. I am sorry. I am sorry Remita. I am really sorry” Grandma Susan said trying to hold back her tears.

Remita became confused.

“You have to leave” Grandma susan said and she dipped her hand into the drawer beside her.
She gave Remita $15,000 dollars.

This is crazy! Something is wrong somewhere. I just started the job day before yesterday and Grandma Susan already fired me.

On hearing what grandma said, my bag fell down from my hand.

I became really sad but I was not angry. i can never get angry with my grandma. Instead i hugged her. i know everything will be okay soon.

Grandma cried. I felt pity for her.

My grandma shouldn’t be suffering. Though I never had anything called Mom and Dad but i love my grandma and my sister.

I disengaged from the hug.
I looked around for naomi but I didn’t see her then i remembered that she is in the restaurant working.

I went to my room after putting grandma to sleep. Then Nana went to her apartment.

I changed to a comfortable night dress. Then the thought of calling Leonie filled my heart again.

But I refused instead I began doing my assignments from school.
But my heart kept telling me to call leonie and accept the job.
