I went home that evening and as usual Aunty Mercy had passed by. She had left a message for me saying that she would be bringing in the Lady she had kept for his brother when next she’s coming. I paid no attention to her warnings though.

I drove to foot market, but had to pass through commercial Avenue to look for a good place to park my car. Walking in the market was not that easy as people were choked up like sardine. It was a festive period and many people were streaming in and out of the market. The weather wasn’t making things any better as rain had just stopped. When we arrived there we, the compound was filled with so many people and so many strange Faces. I told my husband and the kids to remain in the car so that I go and fine out what is happening. When I stepped out of the car , it was then that I discovered that my father’s picture had been placed on a banner that had been placed on our gate at the top. “Bright !” Hillary said as he fell down on his knees on the floor in front of me crying

“I really am. I have searched everywhere for you. I was planning to move to the center myself to look for you”

I helped him and we entered in the house. Of Couse he was so happy seeing my Children and Husband. He apologized a thousand times. And told me he was afraid something had happened to me.

He also said after I left he felt really bad and irresponsible for letting me part with the family. He said I was his only younger sister and ever since our parents disappeared, he had always considered me his first Child and so he had deeply regretted his decision for letting me go just like that.

After my father’s burial, My husband went ahead and paid my Bride price and the traditional wedding took place.
I introduced my kid, Ryan and Roi to their siblings who were now very big. Joseph had equally gotten married to a white and they had a beautiful colored baby with beautiful blue eyes.
